We often hear from friends, family, and acquaintances who never realized that the farmers market they hear so much about throughout the summer is also open throughout the winter! So, we thought we’d blog a bit about the Ft. Wayne’s Farmers Market winter market and answer some of the FAQs we get.

First and foremost, there are sooooo many great products to choose from at the winter market! From fresh greens and meat products to skin care and fashion accessories, the winter market has an array of products that are sure to please everyone. Mom can get her fresh mixed greens, farm fresh eggs, onions, tomatoes, carrots, and fresh herbs. Dad can get his chicken wings, spices, beef jerky, BBQ sauces, whiskey (yup….whiskey) and summer sausage for the spring baseball games. The kids will enjoy the sweet treats like muffins, cookies, popcorn, and maple chocolates. Make it a girl’s shopping day and find amazing soaps, bath bombs, jewelry, hand creams, natural deodorants, essential oils, sugar scrubs, hair accessories, hats, gloves, and scarves.

The market is every Saturday from 9am-1pm at Parkview Field inside the Lincoln Financial Event Center (behind center field). There’s convenient parking in the Tin Caps parking garage with direct access to the indoor market. After doing your local shopping at the market, your family can explore the stadium!
