Monterey Jack Chicken

Monterey Jack ChickenStephanie says this recipe is (and I quote) “the best damn chicken I’ve ever made.” It’s hearty enough to please the men, tasty enough to please the kids and easy enough to please the cook! Try it out and let us know what you think in the comments! We’d love to hear your variations to this recipe!

  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • ½  teaspoon garlic
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 8 tablespoons barbecue sauce

Mix the first 5 ingredients and place in a Ziploc bag with the chicken breast. Allow the chicken to marinate for 8 hours or overnight (this is a must for optimum results).

To cook, place chicken in a pan and bake at 350 degrees for thirty minutes. When chicken is done, top each breast with 2 tablespoons of barbecue sauce, crumbled bacon and ¼ cup of shredded cheese, place back in oven under broiler until cheese is melted.

Serve and Enjoy!!!!
