Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • ½  teaspoon garlic
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 8 tablespoons barbecue sauce

Directions

Mix the first 5 ingredients and place in a Ziploc bag with the chicken breast. Allow the chicken to marinate for 8 hours or overnight (this is a must for optimum results).

To cook, place chicken in a pan and bake at 350 degrees for thirty minutes. When chicken is done, top each breast with 2 tablespoons of barbecue sauce, crumbled bacon and ¼ cup of shredded cheese, place back in oven under broiler until cheese is melted.

Serve and Enjoy!!!!
