Does Organic Food Taste Better?

Taste is definitely a subjective issue. Some people think it tastes better and some don’t really notice a taste difference. We do know that hundreds of gourmet chefs across the nation are choosing organic food to prepare because they believe it has superior taste and quality. Check out this article from Forbes magazine about The Cook’s Garden, an organic indoor garden located in the neighborhood of Venice in Los Angeles and used by some of the top Chefs in LA.

An increasing number of consumers have participated in thousands of taste tests that show organic food does, in fact, tastes better. Some claim these results are simply our brains telling us that organic tastes better because we think organic should taste better. Because organic produce is grown in well-balanced soil and organic livestock only eats organic feed and pasture, it makes sense that organic foods have a great natural taste. However taste, as we all know, is completely subjective (just ask Stephanie who thinks Natalie is crazy because she likes the taste of diet soda).  Whether or not the taste of organic is better when compared to its conventional counterpart is completely up to you! Try our organic chicken for yourself and see what you think!
